摘要： The present invention relates to a movable mixing water temperature controlling apparatus comprising: a cooling unit (330) having a cooler (332); a water storing unit (310) having a water tank (312); and a heating unit (320) connected to the water tank through a heater rods (322). The heating unit (320) includes a power generator (326) for supplying electricity to the cooler (332) and the heater rods (322), and the cooling unit (330), the water storing unit (310) and the heating unit (320) are arranged integrally in a line, so that the mixing water temperature controlling apparatus can be moved to a construction site by a trailer and is installed in the construction site. Moreover, water stored in the water tank (312) is supplied to cold and hot water pipes installed in a movable silo device (120), or supplied to a water tank (212) of a movable mixing and placing apparatus (200).
