    • PURPOSE: An injection mold having an upper core including a cooling water passage is provided to expand the area of a cooling water passage adjacent to a cavity by forming a cooling water flowing groove along side of the cavity with maintained certain distance from the side of the cavity. CONSTITUTION: An injection mold includes an upper mold, a lower mold, and a cavity. The lower core is located under the upper core. The cavity is formed in contact with the upper core and the lower core. The upper core includes a recessed part(111), a cover(112), a cooling water passage(113), and a watertight member(114). The recessed part is dented downward from the top surface at predetermined depth. The cover is inserted in the recessed part. The cooling water passage is located under the recessed part and cooling water flows through the cooling water passage. The watertight member is located between the lower surface of the recessed part and the lower surface of the cover.
