    • PURPOSE: A discharging system for a storage tank is provided to reduce the installation costs of a facility for extracting ballast water or crude oil because a discharge structure is connected to a connection part in the outside of a storage tank. CONSTITUTION: A discharging system for a storage tank comprises a first discharge structure(100), sub-pipes(20), valves(200), a main pipe(30), and a vacuum pump(400). The first discharge structure is installed at the bottom of a storage tank(10) to open and closes so that fluid stored in the storage tank can be selectively discharged. The sub-pipes move fluid discharged through the first discharge structure. The valves are installed in the sub-pipes to control the flow of the fluid. The main pipe is connected to one side of the sub-pipes to move the fluid to the other position of a ship where the fluid is necessary. The vacuum pump is installed in at least one of the main pipe or sub-pipes to move the fluid to the sub-pipe sides after passing through the first discharge structure.
