    • PURPOSE: A non-uniform motion blur removal method using multi-frames comprising a blurred image and an image with noise and an apparatus thereof are provided to accurately and quickly estimate a clearer image by estimating non-uniform motion blur information about a blurred image using the multi-frames. CONSTITUTION: A non-uniform motion blur removal apparatus receives multi frames (201). The non-uniform motion blur removal apparatus processes a blurred image and an image with noise through image brightness matching using a histogram matching method (203). The non-uniform motion blur removal apparatus estimates non-uniform motion blur information about the generated blurred image (205). The non-uniform motion blur removal apparatus obtains a latent image which is produced by removing the non-uniform motion blur from the multi-frames base on the estimated non-uniform motion blur information (207).     • PURPOSE: A non-uniform motion blur removal method for a large input image based on a tile unit and an apparatus thereof are provided to overcome the limit of a storage space required to process a large image by removing blurs after dividing the large input image into local areas comprising tile units. CONSTITUTION: A non-uniform motion blur removal apparatus divides an input image into a plurality of tile units (201). The non-uniform motion blur removal apparatus selects one of a plurality of the tile units (203). The non-uniform motion blur removal apparatus estimates non-uniform motion blur information about the selected tile unit by performing image matching (205). The non-uniform motion blur removal apparatus obtains a latent image of each tile units by removing non-uniform motion blurs based on the estimated non-uniform motion blur information (209). The non-uniform motion blur removal apparatus restores the input image by using the latent image (211).     • A method for fabricating a thin semiconductor package is provided to obtain a slim semiconductor chip with high intensity, by degrading photodegradable polymers by projecting light on a surface of a semiconductor substrate for separating semiconductor chips, thereby protecting an edge of the semiconductor chip from chipping or cracks, without performing an additional sawing process. A method for fabricating a thin semiconductor package comprises the steps of: preparing a semiconductor substrate(10) having a plurality of semiconductor chips(C), and a scribe lane disposed between the semiconductor chips; forming a trench within the scribe lane; disposing a mask on the substrate for exposing the trench; filling photodegradable polymers within the trench exposed by the mask; removing the mask for exposing the front surface of the substrate; attaching a protective tape on the exposed front surface; back-grinding the back side of the substrate filled with the photodegradable polymers; attaching a mounting tape(17) onto the grinded back side; degrading the photodegradable polymers by projecting light(L) on the front surface of the substrate; and washing the substrate after projecting light.
