    • A method for transceiving information between a base station and a terminal in a wireless communications system comprises the following steps. A signal including a reference signal and a number of layers is received from the base station. A signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) is measured based on the reference signal and the number of layers. Whether the measured SINR value satisfies a minimum SINR required by the terminal is determined. And, when the measured SINR value satisfies the minimum SINR required by the terminal, a value, which is determined based on the SINR, is sent to the base station. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a precoding matrix index (PMI), a channel quality indicator (CQI), and a rank indicator (RI), which consider neighboring terminals in a multiple-user multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO) system, are measured, a number of users to be serviced is determined based on the measured result, and an MU-MIMO service is provided based on the determined number, such that efficiency of the communications system is improved. Furthermore, the number of users satisfying the minimum required CQI is determined by the base station or the terminal according to the measured result of the terminal, and scheduling is performed based on the determined result, such that system performance is enhanced.
