    • PURPOSE: A signal processing device and a signal processing method thereof are provided to implement a smooth image conversion by expressing an image signal in a unit which is smaller than the minimum expression range of the image signal.     • PURPOSE: A touch screen sensor integrated circuit, an operating method thereof, and a system including the same are provided to accurately sense multi touch and to consume low power while having high immunity to noises. CONSTITUTION: A first selector(212) transmits an input signal outputted from a corresponding sensing line to a modulation path or a non-modulation path in response to a selection signal. A noise detector(211) compares a noise signal outputted from the sensing line with a noise window range during noise detection operation. A noise detector outputs the selection signal according to a result and maintains the selection signal during sensing operation.

    • PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for compensating noise in a touch panel is provided to reduce the affection due to a noise and parasitic capacitance component of a touch sensing unit. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen panel(11) comprises a plurality of columns in which a sensing unit is arranged. A plurality of sensing units is arranged in each column. Sensing units arranged in each column are electrically connected with each other. A signal processing unit(12) generates a touch data by sensing the variation of a sensing unit capacitance. Parasitic capacitance component exists in the sensing units which is arranged in the touch panel.
