    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for instructing change of system information in a broadband wireless communication system are provided to set a group configuration change counter representing a P-SFH(Primary-Super Frame Header) message, an S-SFH/SP1(Secondary-Super Frame Header) message and a separate common control message.     • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for allocating common reference signal (CRS) ports in wireless communication system are provided to support an optimized allocation of CRS ports, by a central server of a base station without using manpower, when the base station is built, thereby enabling the base station to secure complexity and price competitiveness.
