    • PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to prevent penetration of moisture or foreign substances into the inner space of the lighting device, and thus to prevent degradation of light distribution efficiency, disconnection and outbreak of fire due to the penetration of the moisture and foreign substances, by sealing the inner space perfectly. CONSTITUTION: A lighting device(100) includes a circuit board(110), a heat sink(120), a lens cover(130), an electric wire harness(140) and a shielding member(150). A light emitting device is mounted in the circuit board. The heat sink is arranged in the rear of the circuit board. The lens cover is combined to the front of the heat sink in order to form a closed space where the circuit board is accommodated. The electric wire harness is arranged to pass through a through-hole part formed in one side of the heat sink, and is connected to the circuit board. The shielding member is comprised in the electric wire harness, and is inserted into the through-hole part in order to shield the through-hole part under the state that the electric wire harness is arranged to pass through the through-hole part.

    • An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to remove a black matrix by forming a common electrode in a non-display area, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost and a process number. A second substrate(200) faces a first substrate(100). An LC layer(310) is interposed between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a first base substrate(110), a color filter(170) and a first common electrode(190). In the first base substrate, a display area(DA) and a non-display area(BA) surrounding the display area are defined. The color filter is formed on the first base substrate. The first common electrode is formed on the color filter in correspondence with the non-display area. The second substrate includes a second base substrate(210) and a second common electrode(220). The second common electrode is formed on the second base substrate, and applied with the same voltage as the first common electrode.

The color filter substrate further includes a black matrix(220) including a plurality of apertures arranged in a matrix form, and the plurality of apertures are placed on the color filter region.
