CONSTITUTION: A lighting device(100) includes a circuit board(110), a heat sink(120), a lens cover(130), an electric wire harness(140) and a shielding member(150). A light emitting device is mounted in the circuit board. The heat sink is arranged in the rear of the circuit board. The lens cover is combined to the front of the heat sink in order to form a closed space where the circuit board is accommodated. The electric wire harness is arranged to pass through a through-hole part formed in one side of the heat sink, and is connected to the circuit board. The shielding member is comprised in the electric wire harness, and is inserted into the through-hole part in order to shield the through-hole part under the state that the electric wire harness is arranged to pass through the through-hole part.
