摘要： PURPOSE: An auto document feeder and a scanner including the same are provided to prevent damage to a manuscript by a lever by preventing the lever from being lifted when the manuscript which is jammed is drawn by a user. CONSTITUTION: A cover(105) is installed in a body and is rotatable. A sensor(120) is arranged at a manuscript transfer path between a transfer unit and a scanning module and detects the open of the cover and the position of the manuscript. The sensor comprises a lever(121), an interlink member(123), and a sensor(125) sensing the location of a lever. The interlink member is connected in opening and closing of the cover and transfers the lever to downstream and upper stream position.
