    • An eccentricity measurement system of aspherical lens using the spherical wave generation interferometer is provided to measure the influence of the eccentricity of the aspherical lens caused by the external diameter tremor of the aspherical lens. An eccentricity measurement system of aspherical lens(110) using the spherical wave generation interferometer comprises a first interferometer(120) and a second interferometer(140) which are posted at the opposite side, and is generated the spherical wave, and a lens holder(130) rotated to the axis of rotation surrounding crossing the part. The optical axis of the first interferometer and the second interferometer, and rotational axis of the lens holders are arranged on the straight line. The first interferometer, the second interferometer and lens holder move in the optical axis and axis of rotation.

    • PURPOSE: A telescopic lens system is provided to offer an inner focus type wide-angle structure. CONSTITUTION: A first lens group(G1) has positive refraction and includes at least three pieces of positive lenses and one piece of negative lens. A second lens group(G2) has negative refraction and makes focusing while moving along the optical axis. A third lens group(G3) is arranged in order from the object side to the image side and includes a doublet lens where a negative lens concave at the object side and a positive lens convex at the image side are bonded together, a positive lens convex at both sides, and a negative lens concave at the object side.
