    • PURPOSE: A method for processing a 3D image is provided to display a result image in real time by performing ray tracing according to depth comparison of ray. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ray trees corresponding to each of a plurality of pixels are generated up to the first depth(110). A result image is displayed based on the ray trees corresponding to each of the pixels of the first depth(120). At least one pixel is selected according to priority of a leaf node of the ray trees corresponding to each of the pixels(130). The ray tree corresponding to at least one pixel is updated up to second depth(140).
