An input port(311) of the input waveguide part and an output port(351) of the output waveguide part are placed at the same surface. A dummy input part(371) is disposed at a different surface from the input port and the output port. A dummy input waveguide(370) has one end connected to the dummy input port and the other end connected to a grating part, and provides a path where a light signal input via the dummy input port progresses.
