    • An apparatus for fabricating a semiconductor device is provided to perform a process exactly and increase productivity by previously sensing and adjusting a nozzle when the nozzle moves to an inexact position. An apparatus for fabricating a semiconductor device includes a driving shaft(220), a pin(240), a support(250), and a control unit. The pin moves together with the driving shaft by being formed on the driving shaft. The support has a plurality of holes(258) through which the pin comes in and out. The control unit controls movement of the driving shaft and movement of the pin and senses a position of the driving shaft whether the pin is inserted into the specific hole exactly after the movement of the driving shaft or not. The pin is mounted on a pin support(230) formed on the driving shaft. The driving shaft is rotatable or movable upward and downward.
