    • PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a barrier layer which is arranged between an insulating film and a connecting unit through multi-steps using a reductive material and a metal material. CONSTITUTION: An insulating film(102) is formed on a substrate(100) on which a plurality of lower conductive structures are arranged. An opening(104) is formed in the insulating layer. A barrier layer(110) includes a first metal nitride film and a second metal nitride film. In the first metal nitride film, the composition of a reductive material is more than that of a metal material. In the second metal nitride film, the composition of the metal film is more than that of the reductive material. A connecting unit is arranged in the opening. An upper conductive structure(114) is connected with the lower conductive structures through the connecting unit.

The first section is for displaying normal data based on the original data signal. The second section is for displaying black data for impulsive driving. A light source unit(300) includes at least one or more light sources for radiating light to the display panel, and controls luminance of the light by controlling an on/off section ratio of the light source according to the dimming control signal.
