    • An internal voltage generation circuit and a method thereof are provided to compensate internal voltage difference due to load difference during circuit operation, by applying an offset voltage from a voltage compensation part. A first internal voltage generator generates a first internal voltage with a reference voltage generated in a reference voltage generator, and is connected to a first load. A second internal voltage generator(432) generates a second internal voltage with the reference voltage, and is connected to a second load different from the first load. A voltage compensation part(440) compensates difference between the first internal voltage due to the first load and the second internal voltage due to the second load by applying an offset voltage to the second internal voltage generator.

    • A differential amplifier is disclosed. The differential amplifier includes a first load element coupled between a first voltage and a first node. A second load element is coupled between the first voltage and a second node. A current source is coupled between a second voltage and a third node. A first input element is coupled between the first node and the third node and receives an input signal so as to adjust a voltage level of the first node. A second input element is coupled between the second node and the third node and receives a reference voltage signal so as to adjust a voltage level of the second node. A third input element is coupled between the second node and the third node and receives the input signal so as to adjust the voltage level of the second node.

    • PURPOSE: An optical pickup adjustor is provided to prevent disk damage and to secure reliability by protecting around adjusting disk with additional cover member. CONSTITUTION: A transfer part(10) is moved to position of adjusting work. A support member(12) is protruded to be able to fix a motor(20) at one side of the transfer part(10). A disk for adjustment(40) is combined to be rotatable at the rotating axle of the motor(20). A cover member(50) is fixed and combined to protect the disk from the outside at the support member(12). An objective lens(62) is arranged to be able to be elevated at position opposite to the disk. The cover member(50) forms a movable groove(52) at position opposite to an optical pickup(60).
