    • PURPOSE: A tray feed device is provided to prevent semiconductors transferred on a tray from separation even when the tray stops suddenly or collides with an external material. CONSTITUTION: A tray feeder(100) comprises a main body(10), a gripper(20) and a device(30) to prevent semiconductors from separation. The gripper moves according to the motion of the main body, and grips a tray(40). The escape-preventing device is installed in the main body, and covers the tray fixed in the gripper. Then, the device prevents the separation of the semiconductor from the tray. The escape-preventing device comprises an elastic member, and a tray cover(34). One end of the elastic member is installed on the main body. The tray cover is installed at the other end of the elastic member during facing the tray.
