The storage media(710) outputs audio signals of a preset frequency to the AV apparatus. The RMS calculator(127) calculates an RMS for the audio signals regenerated by the AV apparatus. The comparator(128) compares the calculated RMS with the preset reference by the unit of a certain time. In case that the calculated RMS is lower than the preset reference, it is determined that the AV apparatus is in a poor condition.
