    • A method of fabricating an organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent deterioration of yield by removing impurities from an anode electrode immediately after the anode electrode is formed. A lower structure is formed on a surface of a substrate. An electrode forming material is deposited on the lower structure to form a first electrode. The electric shock is applied to the substrate primarily to remove impurities from a surface of a first electrode. The physical shock is applied to substrate secondarily to remove the impurities. An upper structure is formed on the surface of the first electrode. A voltage of 20 to 30V is applied to a corner of the substrate in the electric shock applying process.

    • PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion device is provided to improve adhesion and sealing property between a sealing member and a substrate by engraving the substrate and decreasing the thickness of a transparent conductive layer at a contact surface of the sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A photo electrode is formed on a light receiving substrate(110). A first transparent conductive layer is formed between the photo electrode and the light receiving substrate. A counter substrate(120) faces the light receiving substrate and an counter electrode is formed on the counter electrode. A second transparent conductive layer is formed between the counter electrode and the counter substrate. A semiconductor layer is formed on the photo electrode and absorbs photosensitive dye excided by light. An electrolyte layer is interposed between the semiconductor layer and the counter electrode. A sealing member(130) is sealed with the first and second transparent conductive layers with a step.
