In chemical formulae 1 -4, A1 and A2 which are identical or different, are selected from the group consisting of OH and SH; A3 and A4 which are identical or different, are selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and NO2; A5 and A6 which are identical or different, are selected from the group consisting of Cl, Br, and NO2; B1 and B2 which are identical or different, are selected from the group consisting of P(O)phenyl, O, S, SO, CO, and SO2; D1 and D2 which are identical or different, are selected from the group consisting of O, S and SO2; the molar ratio of q and p is 0.4-0.6 : 0.6-0.4; m1 is 1-50; and n1-n3 which are identical or different, are 0-4.

    • An OLED device and a driving method thereof are provided to minimize power consumption by supplying a scan signal, when a mobile phone is in a standby state, to only a part of scan lines. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device includes a scan driver(10), a data driver(20), and a timing controller(50). The scan driver sequentially supplies scan signals to scan lines(S1~Sn) in a driving state and supplies the scan signals to a part of the scan lines in a standby state. The data driver supplies a data signal to data lines(D1~Dm) corresponding to the driving and standby states, so that images are displayed on an image display unit. The timing controller controls the scan and data drivers corresponding to the driving and standby states. The scan driver simultaneously supplies the scan signals to at least two scan lines in the standby state.

A membrane electrode assembly for a fuel cell comprises an anode electrode and a cathode electrode which are faced with each other, and a polymeric electrolyte membrane positioned between the anode electrode and cathode electrode. At least one of the anode electrode and cathode electrode comprises an electrode base material and at least two catalyst layers including a catalyst and binder, which are positioned on the electrode substrate. The first catalyst layer contacting with the polymeric electrolyte membrane comprises the binder of less amount than the second catalyst layer contacting with the electrode substrate. The content ratio of the first catalyst layer and the second catalyst layer is 1 : 1.3 to 1 : 4.
