    • The present invention relates to a method for washing contaminated soil including a wet crushing step (100) for crushing soil by injecting high-pressure water; a primary wet screening step (210) for screening soil particles with a particle diameter of at least 4.75 mm from the crush soil particles; a primary magnetic screening step (310) for performing magnetic screening, with a belt type magnetic screening machine (30), on the soil particles with a particle diameter of at least 4.75 mm that are screened in the primary wet screening step (210); a secondary wet screening step (220) for screening soil particles with a particle diameter of at least 2 mm from the soil particles with a particle diameter of less than 4.75 mm that are separated in the primary wet screening step (210); and a secondary magnetic screening step (320) for performing magnetic screening, with a suspended magnetic screening machine (40), on the soil particles with a particle diameter of 2 mm to 4.75 mm that are screened in the secondary wet screening step (220), and a system for washing contaminated soil using same. According to the present invention, oil and heavy metal composite contaminated soil mixed with magnetic waste materials can be purified, the purification efficiency is high due to the successive multi-stage processing system, and the economic feasibility is maximized.

The leachat suction pipe is installed in parallel to the top of the leachat leakage preventive membrane or the inside of the molding layer to suck toxic gas or leachat stagnated in the molding layer. The leachat discharge pipe is installed in parallel as passing through the bio-cover layer. The high pressure pump is connected to the end of the leachat suction pipe and the end of the leachat discharge pipe in the middle.
