    • PURPOSE: An improved top down method is provided to integrate each stratum slab with a retaining wall, to install a permanent outer wall separated from the retaining wall and to safely construct a underground structure unit of a building with firm structure. CONSTITUTION: An underground structure unit(20) installs a retaining wall(3) by inserting a braced wall(4) between supporting pillars(1) exposed on a ground. The exposed supporting pillars are integrally connected to hold pillars(2) by top down constructing. Then, each stratum slab(21) is installed to a base floor(A) of underground, and a permanent outer wall(22) is mounted to the stratum slab of a top portion from the underground base floor for being separated from the retaining wall. Thereby, the stratum slab is established in a top-down manner to engaged with the retaining wall. Then, the permanent wall is installed from a lower portion of the stratum for being separated from the retaining wall to safely construct the underground structure unit.

    • 본발명은 지하구조부 공사시에 각 지층슬라브는 흙막이벽과 일체가 되도록 하면서 영구외벽은 흙막이벽과 분리되게 타설하여서, 건축물의 지하구조부를 견고한 구조로서 보다 안전하게 시공할 수 있도록 하는 흙막이벽을 이용한 개량형 탑다운공법에 관한 것으로, 본발명의 기술적 구성상의 특징은 해당 지하층 축조 구역내의 지중에 정착시킨 버팀기둥(1)들 및 지지기둥(2)들의 상단부를 경계로하여 지상에는 지상구조부(20) 공사를 진행하는 동시에, 그 경계 하부의 지중에는 지하구조부(20) 공사를 진행하여서 전체적인 건축공사를 신속하게 진행시킬 수 있도록 한 것에 있어서, 상기 지하구조부(20)는 지표면으로부터 각 층별로 굴토후에 노출된 버팀기둥(1)들 사이에 토류판(4) 끼워넣어서 흙막이벽(3)을 설치하면서, 노출된 흙막이벽(3)의 버팀기둥(1)들 과 지지기둥(2)들이 일체로서 연결되도록 역타설하여서 지하 기초바닥(A)까지 각 지층슬라브(21)를 설치하고, 지하 기초바닥(A)으로부터 상기 흙막이벽(3)과 단면상 분리되도록 최상부의 지층슬라브(21)까지 영구외벽(22)을 순차적으로 타설하여서 시공되도록 한 것이다.
