    • PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to reduce power consumption by uniformly maintaining a voltage of a cathode electrode regardless of the location. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light emitting devices are formed on a first substrate. The light emitting devices comprises a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer(133), and a second electrode. A second substrate is arranged to face with the first substrate including the light emitting devices. A spacer(320) is formed in the second substrate which is corresponding to the second electrode between the light emitting devices. An auxiliary electrode(340) contacting the second electrode is formed on the spacer. The second electrode is used as the common electrode of the light emitting devices. The auxiliary electrode is formed into a mesh type or a plurality of stripe type which is electrically connected to.

    • An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to prevent malfunction of an organic luminescent part due to unnecessary particle by forming a particle collecting layer on an encapsulation substrate. An organic electroluminescent display device(100) comprises a substrate(10), an organic luminescent part(20), an encapsulation substrate(30), a particle collecting layer(40), and a sealing member(50). The organic luminescent part is formed on the substrate. The encapsulation substrate is faced with the substrate, and seals the organic luminescent part. The substrate and the encapsulation substrate are contacted by the sealing member. The particle collecting layer is formed on one surface of the encapsulation substrate by a spin coating or a spray coating, is faced with a luminescent surface of the organic luminescent part, and is made of transparent organic material having viscosity. Thickness of the particle collecting layer is 60um ~ 1000um.
