    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to supplement thickness of a pixel electrode of a white pixel by including a sub layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting display device includes a first pixel, a second pixel, and a third pixel. The first pixel, the second pixel, and the third pixel include a first electrode, a second electrode, a light emitting layer(370), and a sub layer(188W). The second electrode is faced with the first electrode. The light emitting layer is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The sub layer is positioned in a bottom part of the first electrode. The sub layer includes an insulation material. The first electrode of the first pixel and the second pixel includes a first transparent conductive layer and a translucent conductive layer. The first electrode of the third pixel includes a first transparent conductive layer, a translucent conductive layer, and a second transparent conductive layer.

An organic light emitting display device includes a first pixel, a second pixel, and a third pixel. Each first electrode(191R,191B) of the first pixel and the second pixel includes a first conductive oxide layer(193R,193B) and a first translucent conductive layer(192R,192B). The first translucent conductive layer is formed in at least one among a top part and a bottom part of the first conductive oxide layer. A first electrode(191G) of the third pixel includes a second conductive oxide layer(193G) and a second translucent conductive layer(192G). The second translucent conductive layer is formed in at least one among a top part and a bottom part of the second conductive oxide layer. The first translucent conductive layer and the second translucent conductive layer form a micro cavity with a second electrode.
