A partition groove(195) with a predetermined depth is formed on the partition wall which is located between pixels. An organic light emitting layer(720) is formed on the first electrode.     • A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device is disclosed. According to the method of the present invention, a first electrode may be formed on a substrate. A pixel defined layer adjacent to the first electrode may be formed on the substrate. A first hydrophobic layer may be formed on the pixel defined layer. At least one charge transport layer may be formed on the first electrode. A second hydrophobic layer covering the first hydrophobic layer may be formed on the pixel defined layer. An organic light emitting layer may be formed on the charge transport layer. A second electrode may be formed on the organic light emitting layer and the second hydrophobic layer. Through this, the organic light emitting display device capable of preventing color mixture of the organic light emitting layer and cross-talk among charge transport layers can be manufactured.
