    • A thin film deposition apparatus and a method for depositing a thin film using the same are disclosed. The thin film deposition apparatus is an angle limiting plate which limits an ejection angle of vapor deposition within a range set by being installed near an outlet of a deposition source. The thin film deposition apparatus includes a fixed limitation plate in which a position is fixed relative to the outlet and a movement restriction plate in which a position varies. According to this structure, even if a deposition area set by the angle limiting plate changes over time, it is able to quickly and effectively respond. Thus, a stable and homogeneous formation of a thin film is possible by employing the same.

    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a flat display device including the same are provided to improve efficiency and a lifetime property by reducing an interfacial barrier of a hole stop layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A hole injection layer(130), a hole transport layer(140) and a light emitting layer(150) are formed on the first electrode. A hole stop layer(160) is formed on the light emitting layer and includes a first mixing layer(161) and a first single layer(163). An electron transport layer(170) and an electron injection layer(180) are formed on the hole stop layer. A second electrode(190) is formed on the electron injection layer.
