    • PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a heavy fabric and a dyeing process method using a high fineness nylon hollow yarn are provided to ensure waterproof property, abrasion resistance, and durability. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a fabric of a high fineness nylon hollow yarn comprises: a step of twisting the high fineness nylon hollow yarn; a step of doubling the nylon hollow yarns; a step of warping the nylon hollow yarns; and a step of weaving the nylon hollow yarns(S12). The fineness of the nylon hollow yarn is 300-500 denier. The method further comprises: a step of refining the fabric of nylon hollow yarn at 30-50 deg. C.(S13); a step of dyeing the nylon fabric with a dye composition containing an acidic dye(S14); a step of treating the nylon fabric with a waterproof agent and tentering at 140-180 deg. C. and 50-55 m/min(S15); and a step of coating the nylon fabric with a polyurethane coating composition(S16).
