    • An air sterilizing device is provided to make a radiation device have a small size, and to reduce the waste of power due to the loss of heat. A voltage changing circuit is installed to change the voltage applied between the electrode. The voltage control circuit adjusts the power voltage(V0) switched in the voltage switching circuit to power voltage(V1).

    • An air sterilizing apparatus that can simply know if the scale is contained in the electrolytic water before scale contained in electrolytic water adheres to a gas-liquid contact member is provided. The electrolytic water contains active oxygen specifies obtained by electrolyzing tap water, and the active oxygen species comprise at least one material of hypochlorous acid, ozone and hydrogen peroxide.
