摘要： PURPOSE: A service voucher is provided to enable a card member to use the service voucher with affiliated service information printed thereon by attaching the service voucher to an existing credit card, thereby enabling the card member to possess various services without issuing a new affiliated card. CONSTITUTION: A service voucher(10) has at least smaller size than size of a credit card. One side of the service voucher(10) is printed with characters for displaying affiliated service information(11). The other side of the service voucher(10) forms an attaching side(12) attached to a predetermined part of the credit card. A resin constitution having an adhesive property is applied to the attaching side(12). A cover constitution(13) for separating the resin constitution is attached.
