摘要： PURPOSE: A lifting apparatus for replacing the lower unit of an electric rail car is provided to easily and safely disassemble, assemble, and transport the heavy lower unit below the electric rail car within a narrow work space with a few workers. CONSTITUTION: A lifting apparatus for replacing the lower unit of an electric rail car has a table lift (2). A forward/backward moving plate (5) at the front upper side of the table lift moves along a pair of sliding guides (6a,6b) in the longitudinal direction of a table. A pair of guide rails (8a,8b) is parallelly installed at a fixed plate (7) in the width direction of the table, and the fixed plate is installed at the rear upper side of the table lift. A jack holder (10) is installed at one side of the upper side of the fixed plate. A hydraulic jack (11) is inserted into the one side of the upper side of the jack holder, and moves up and down, and left and right. A turnbuckle coupling part (12) is fixed to the other side of the upper side of the fixed plate. A left/right moving plate (9) moves along guide rails in the width direction of the table. Screw holes (13a,13b) for coupling a bracket is respectively formed at both sides of the upper center of the left/right moving plate. A rotatable transferring handle at the other side of the upper side of the fixed plate is coupled to the lower side of the left/right moving plate with a transferring screw rod (14a), and moves the left/right moving plate in the width direction of the table.
