摘要： A concrete-waste tire composite artificial reef for preventing subsidence and scouring is provided to prevent cracking or breakage of the concrete blocks by manufacturing the artificial reef such that one half parts of waste tires are buried in respective sides of concrete blocks while the other half parts of the waste tires are exposed to the outside. A concrete-waste tire composite artificial reef for preventing subsidence and scouring is manufactured by combining waste tires(1) with an existing artificial reef. The concrete-waste tire composite artificial reef is manufactured by a manufacturing method comprising the steps of fabricating a rectangular artificial reef mold in a state that half parts of the waste tires are inserted into six sides of artificial reef mold; pouring concrete into the waste tire-inserted mold; curing the mold to manufacture an artificial reef block(2) in which the half parts of the waste tires are inserted into six sides of the artificial reef block while the other half parts of the waste tires are exposed to the outer side of the artificial reef block. A plurality of artificial reef blocks may be arranged in a single layer or multistage on the seabed.

摘要： PURPOSE: A smart interface tube for monitoring tensional variation in a cable using a mechanism dynamic strain and a method for utilizing the same are provided to resolve a problem of analyzing an extracted signal caused by noise in a structural health monitoring field. CONSTITUTION: A smart interface tube for monitoring tensional variation in a cable using a mechanism dynamic strain includes an aluminum tube (AT) and the smart interface tube (ST). The AT is formed by winding an aluminum plate (AP) with a certain size on the surface of a target cable (Ca), and is fixed to the surface of the target cable. The ST is formed by attaching a piezoelectric material (PZT) (P) to the center of the AT.
