    • PURPOSE: A fermenter for fodder is provided to be able to use drying wind by re-circulating the drying wind discharged from a vent into the inside of the drum. CONSTITUTION: A drying wind re-circulating apparatus(100) re-circulates drying wind flowed in via a condenser, into a drum by heating up to a predetermined temperature. A first filer section(110) filters foreign substances contained in the drying wind discharged from the drum(20). Multiple filters installed in the first filter section have different mesh sizes in order to gradually filter foreign substances in the drying wind from a coarse to fine particles. The condenser(120) condenses the vapor in the drying wind flowed in, and discharges the condensed water to a condensed water vent(121) formed on one side of the hopper shaped bottom. An outdoor unit(123) re-supplies a refrigerant to a evaporator by compressing the refrigerant which has absorbed the heat of the drying wind, condensing the compressed refrigerant before expanding. A heating part(130) heats up the drying wind flowed in via the condenser to a predetermined temperature, and re-circulates the wind to the drum. A second filter section(200) removes bad smells, foreign substances, or bacteria in the drying wind circulating to the drying wind re-circulation apparatus. A pump(300) supplies liquid materials containing microorganisms into the second filter section. A third filter section(400) is connected to the second filter section, and discharges the partial drying wind to outside while removing the foreign substances and the microorganisms in the discharged drying wind. A microwave oscillating apparatus is installed in the state of passing through at least one point of the drum, and heats up the material inside the drum. A cooling fan(530) is installed in the rear side of the microwave oscillating apparatus.

A vent(70) ventilates the drying wind in the drum to outside. A microwave oscillating apparatus(200) is connected and installed to the drum in the state of covering a partitioning plate. A housing(210) is formed with the broad front area and narrow rear area in order to uniformly propagate microwaves into the drum. An oscillator(220) is connected to the rear upper part of the housing, and generates the microwaves. A supply pipe(500) supplies the washing water to the upper part of an isolation booth. A discharging pipe discharges washing water from the lower part of the isolation booth. A suction blower(700) is connected to the vent, and discharges the drying wind. A filter(800) removes bad smells, foreign substances, or bacteria in the discharged drying wind. An ejecting blower(900a) is connected to the supply part, and supplies the drying wind. A heater(900b) is installed at the supply part exterior.

A load cell(100) senses the weight of the supplied materials and changes in the weight due to the evaporation of moisture in the drying process. A controller(200) shows dryness of the material by displaying the value detected by the load cell, and sets the manual of the load cell. A discharge pipe(600) discharges washing water from the lower side of an isolation booth. A suction blower(700) connected to the vent ventilates the drying wind. A filter(800) connected to the suction blower removes bad smells, foreign substances, or bacteria in the discharged drying wind. An auxiliary filter(800`) filters substances unfiltered from the filter one more time. A pump(810) supplies liquid materials containing microorganisms into the filter. The supply part is equipped with a discharge blower(900a) for compulsorily supplying the drying wind of the room temperature. A heater(900b) is equipped in the supply part, and heats up the supplied drying wind.
