    • A method for manufacturing valve housing and a valve housing are provided to reduce manufacturing costs, especially material costs for the valve housing by including a step of inserting a reception hole of at least one valve member. In a valve housing(11), a continuous casting profile or linear extruded profile is used as outlet material. The profile is divided into several sectional parts used as respective valve housings. The profile has a rectangular base body. Ribs(15,16,17,18) protrude from the surface of the base body in the longitudinal direction. The profile has an H-shaped horizontal section where respective pairs of the ribs face each other. The respective sections of the base body have accommodating holes(20). The accommodating holes traverse the extruding direction and the longitudinal direction of the ribs. In the accommodating holes, automatic temperature controlling members are disposed. The controlling members includes housings(21) filled with elastic material with variable volume. According to temperature change, an active piston is withdrawn from the housing. The piston is supported by a cap(22) and the cap closes the accommodating hole.

    • A thermostat valve for connecting an automatic gear using an oil cooler is provided to guide oil into the gear again flowing through the oil cooler completely without bypassing the oil cooler. A thermostat valve for connecting an automatic gear using an oil cooler(14) includes a valve housing(10). The valve housing includes a center reception hole(11). An inflow channel(12) of the oil introduced from the automatic gear is installed at the center reception hole. An outflowing channel is connected to the reception hole on a top of a surface facing with the inflow channel. The outflow channel is guided into the oil cooler. The reception hole is connected to an inflow channel guides the oil introduced from the oil cooler. The oil flows into the gear reversely by the outflow channel. The reception hole includes an automatic temperature control operating member. The automatic temperature control operating member is filled an expansion material changing a volume according to the temperature. The expansion material extracts an operating piston(17) from a housing(16) of the automatic temperature control operating member. The operating piston is supported by a closing stopper(18) closing the reception hole to prevent a leakage. The closing stopper includes a sealing ring(19) and is fixed by a protection ring(20).
