    • The present invention relates to a tension control system of textile with an ultrasonic generator. To improve dyeing rate and washing rate by providing an ultrasonic generator under a textile conveying roller which is a means for performing dyeing process, the tension control system of textile comprises upper and lower conveying rollers disposed up and down in zigzags in a progress direction of the textile inside a main body of a dyeing machine; an ultrasonic generator disposed under and apart from the entire lower conveying roller in a longitudinal direction; a measuring means coupled to a roller shaft of the lower conveying roller and attached to an outer wall of the main body, the measuring means including a support frame, an operating body, and a load cell, wherein the support frame has, at a lower side thereof, a shaft hole into which the roller shaft of the lower conveying roller is inserted, and, at an upper side thereof, a support hole and a fixing hole to form a pair of wing pieces protruding forwardly, wherein the operating body includes a shaft supporting part positioned in the pair of wing pieces and having a sensing hole into which a ball bearing is installed along an extension shaft line of the fixing hole, and an operating part having, at a lower side of the shaft support part, a through hole into which the ball bearing is installed to allow the roller shaft of the conveying roller passing through the shaft hole of the support frame to be coupled, and wherein the load cell is inserted into the fixing hole and the sensing hole to sense motion of the lower conveying roller; and a controller coupled to the measuring means and calculating motion values of the lower conveying roller measured by the measuring means to control the tension of textile moving toward both sides by the lower conveying roller.

    • 본 발명은 표면처리코팅용 친수성 폴리우레탄 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 (ⅰ) 중합반응에 사용되는 전량의 폴리에스테르폴리올, 중합반응에 사용되는 전량의 폴리에틸렌폴리올, 중합반응에 사용되는 전량대비 20~50중량%의 쇄연장제 및 불활성 유기용매를 중합반응기에 투입하여 혼합한 다음, 상기 중합반응기에 폴리에스테르폴리올, 폴리에틸렌폴리올 및 쇄연장제가 혼합된 혼합물 대비 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응비율이 폴리이소시아네이트 내 이소시아네이트기 / 상기 혼합물내 수산기 비율이 당량비로 0.8~1.5가 되도록 중합반응에 사용되는 전량대비 55~65중량%의 폴리이소시아네이트를 투입하여 40~120℃에서 2~6시간 동안 중합반응하는 1차 중합반응 공정으로 실시하여 수평균분자량이 균일한 1차 중합물을 제조한 다음, (ⅱ) 상기 1차 중합반응 공정 후 상기 중합반응기에 중합반응에 사용되는 전량대비 50~80중량%의 나머지 쇄연장제와 불활성 유기용매를 상기 중합반응기에 투입하여 40~120℃에서 0.5~1시간 동안 반응시킨 다음, 계속해서 상기 중합반응기의 반응에 사용되는 전량대비 35~45중량%의 나머지 폴리이소시아네이트를 투입하여 40~120℃에서 2~5시간 동안 중합반응하는 2차 중합반응 공정으로 표면처리코팅용 친수성 폴리우레탄 수지를 제조한다.
      본 발명에 따라 제조된 친수성 폴리우레탄 수지는 물에 희석되어 표면처리코팅액 배합시 유기용제 대신 물로 점도 조절이 가능하여 환경친화적인 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A multi-layered sheet for forming a casting film is provided to obtain a casting film with uniform quality, to be used in a various industry fields by using the casting film. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layered sheet for forming a casting film has a contact angle of 90-140° between the surface(11) of a sheet which is formed of a resin layer and distilled water. The resin layer comprises 80-98 weight% of a non-polar polyolefin, 1-13 weight% of an ionomer, and 0.5-7.0 weight% of polyalkylsiloxane. A support layer is formed on the back side of the multi-layered resin layer. The support layer is formed of paper material. An adhesive layer is formed between the resin layer and the support layer, and a release layer is formed on the back side of the support layer. A sheet for forming a casting film consists of two or more layers.

    • The present invention relates to a processing method that can realize water-repellent and flame-retardant effects together without deteriorating the effect of each other using an eco-friendly water-repellent agent and an eco-friendly flame-retardant agent.
