摘要： PURPOSE: A multistage timing belt pulley is provided to increase the productivity by reducing manufacturing hours with extrusion molding, and to lengthen the life span of the timing belt by reducing load of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A multistage timing belt pulley(1) has first and second pulleys(11,23); a pulley key(47) assembling first and second pulleys; plural pulley assembling bolts(35) combining first and second pulleys; first flanges(21) preventing displacement of a timing belt; and second flanges(31) formed in both edges of the second pulley. Pulleys are made of aluminum through extrusion molding, and combined in series on the concentric circle. Load of the actuator is reduced, and the life span of the timing belt is extended by reducing the weight of the pulley.
