    • PURPOSE: A portable terminal including a Wi-Fi connection discrimination function is provided to promote the connection rate of a portable terminal by distinguishing the signal strength of the Wi-Fi. CONSTITUTION: A control module of a smart phone stores the name and location signal of the currently connected Wi-Fi AP(Access Point) in a history storage DB(Data Base)(S3). When the currently connected Wi-Fi AP is satisfied with detailed conditions, the control module blocks the automatic connection of the currently connected Wi-Fi AP(S5,S7). The detailed conditions are related to the name and the connected location of the connected wireless AP.     • A method for replacing a low voltage drop wire for power distribution in an uninterruptible power supply state is provided to replace a low voltage drop wire in a continuously supplying state of electric power. A house PVC insulator(5) and a PVC insulator(6) are installed in a vicinity of a PVC insulator support point of an existing drop wire. The house PVC insulator is used for supporting a drop wire(2). The PVC insulator is used for electric pole. A drop wire for bypass and a drop wire for installation are installed additionally. A cabana sheet for protecting low pressure is installed to prevent a coexisting effect between phases. An electrical phase checking process is performed to check correspondence between phases of the existing drop wire and the drop wire. The electric wires having same phase are bypassed. The existing drop wire is removed to replace a low voltage drop wire in an uninterruptible power supply state.
