CONSTITUTION: A motorless vibrissa cutter comprises a first cutting member and a second cutting member. The first cutting member comprises a first grip part, a cutting ring part (20), and a first coupling part. The second cutting member comprises a second grip part, a cutting plate part (50), and a second coupling part. The first coupling part and the second coupling part are combined with each other. The cutting plate part is inserted into an opening formed in the central part of the cutting ring part. The cutter cuts vibrissae by the contact between the inner surface of the cutting ring part and the inner surface of the cutting plate part. A stepped part is formed on the inner surface of the cutting plate part. The inner surface of the cutting plate part is formed in the shape of an arc. In the cutting plate part, the upper width of the stepped part is larger than the lower width of the stepped part. A stepped part is formed on the inner surface of the cutting ring part. In the cutting ring part, the upper width of the stepped part is larger than the lower width of the stepped part.
