The contact packer is fixed on the outer surface of the reinforcement member, and fixes the reinforcement member. The sealing member is detachably coupled to the outer surface of the reinforcing pipe, and seals inside. The reinforcement member is inserted into the hydraulic device. The hydraulic device seals a hole by pressing the top of the sealing member.

A revegetation method by forming a flower bed of environment-friendly slope stabilization comprises the steps of: forming an insertion hole by perforating a slope(30) for stabilization; stabilizing a slope by inserting the bottom of a longitudinal body of a longitudinal member for slope stabilization to the insertion hole, filling up the insertion hole with filler, anchoring the bottom of the longitudinal body for slope stabilization and anchoring a first head anchorage(200) in the middle of the longitudinal body for slope stabilization; forming a concrete flower bed(40) by placing concrete between the slope and the longitudinal body for slope stabilization, and then curing the concrete; stabilizing the concrete flower bed by anchoring a second head anchorage(400) on the top of the longitudinal body for slope stabilization; and filling up an inside space of the concrete flower bed with vegetative soil. A longitudinal member for slope stabilization comprises a longitudinal body for slope stabilization composed of an anchorage inserted and fixed to an insertion hole of a slope and a head extended from the anchorage and exposed to the outside of the slope, and a head anchorage installed to the head of the longitudinal body for slope stabilization, wherein a first head anchorage fixed to the part intersecting the slope and a second head anchorage fixed to the top of the head are installed to the head respectively.
