摘要： 일반 가정, 음식을 제공하거나 판매하는 집단 급식소, 또는 음식점에서 발생하는 음식물 폐기물은 그 폐기물의 특성상 먼저 자가분해에 의해 가수분해가 일어나고 신속히 부패가 진행되어 침출수가 발생하며, 그 과정에서 유기산 등이 생성되면서 악취가 발생하여 사람들에게 혐오스럽고 귀찮은 폐기물로 인식되어왔다. 그래서 주부들이나 식품 관계자들에게 이 음식물 폐기물의 처리는 커다란 부담이 되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 이를 처리할 의무가 있는 지자체에서도 많은 비용을 지불하여도 만족할 만한 처리시설도 없으며, 뚜렷한 대안도 아직 없는 실정이다.
일반적으로 폐기물 처리과정을 살펴볼 때, 발생원에서 바로 처리하던 악취 등의 문제가 적고, 운반의 필요가 없어 처리가 쉬워진다. 그래서 본 발명은 음식물 폐기물을 그 발생원인 조리용 싱크대에서 바로 본 처리기로 투입하여 분쇄단계, 고형물의 분리단계, 탈수단계, 소각단계의 과정을 거치면서 처리하게 되는데 전혀 음식물 폐기물의 이동이 없어 사람들의 번거로운 수고를 끼치지 않고, 냄새도 발생하지 않으며 깨끗하게 처리하는 공정이며 콤팩트하고 자동화된 일련의 처리설비로 구성 되어 있다.

摘要： PURPOSE: A method of preparing a plasma pyrolysis reaction furnace with dry equipment is provided to reduce volume of a plasma torch by drying and cracking waste matter with waste heat of exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: Water-containing waste matter requires a larger amount of heat value to rise up the pyrolysis temperature, and the thermal load increases. Thus, it is useful to recycle waste heat of exhaust gas in heat treatment. That is, the waste matter is dried and cracked by the waste heat of exhaust gas through a gas turbine or a gas engine.

CONSTITUTION: Usually, the polluted soil or waste matter(3) is cracked and molten on the spot by falling a torch through a vertical hole and raising the torch from the underground. The method has the inconvenience to have a large torch heating stand to prevent a support device for the torch from being depressed in descending the torch through the hole. The new method obtains convenience in working by putting/pulling the torch through a horizontal hole in the polluted soil.

摘要： A method for recycling aluminium of a package is provided to regenerate and recover aluminuim and alumina efficiently through plasma pyrolysis/gasification/melting process. A method for recycling aluminium of a package is as follows. The package is washed and dried. A plasma pyrolysis gasifier(10) including a plasma pyrolysis gasification melting furnace(300) and an inlet part(100) is prepared. The package is put into the plasma pyrolysis gasification melting furnace through the inlet part. A plasma torch(310) located provided in the plasma pyrolysis gasification melting furnace is operated according to the control signal of a controller(20) to thermally decompose the package. The aluminum which is produced by thermally decomposing the package is extracted.
