    • A light transmittance rate control glass operation system is provided to diversify the driving patterns of the light transmittance rate control glass module by introducing various driving circuits for at least one light transmittance rate control glass module. A light transmittance rate control glass operation system contains: at least one light transmittance rate control glass module(110) having light transmittance rate control film between a pair of glass plates; and a driving circuit(200) which controls the application of external electric voltage in the light transmittance rate control glass module on driving. The driving circuit contains: a transformer(211) for properly lowering the high external electric voltage for driving; a switch(213); and an electric controller(215) which controls the application of the electric voltage in the transformer depending on the signal from the switch. The system optionally has plural switches, and the electric controller applies electric voltage from one of the switches to the corresponding module for driving the system. The switch optionally has on/off switch which has both on and off modes, and the switch optionally has a controllable switch which controls the amplitude of the applied electric voltage for the module by degrees.

A light transmittance rate control glass unit assemble contains: the light transmittance rate control glass module; and a combining unit(20) which surrounds the frame of the module in order to prevent the separation of the plates. The light transmittance rate control film has a primary and a secondary terminals(13a,13b) on the frame. The combining unit has protecting caps which surround at least two frames of the light transmittance rate control glass module. The light transmittance rate control glass module is inserted to each of a primary protecting cap(21) and a secondary protecting cap(23). A silicone is filled between the light transmittance rate control glass module and the protecting cap. The primary protecting cap has a hole(21a) for the passage of electric signal line which is connected to the terminals.

    • A glass panel assembly for a building is provided to minimize contamination of an outer side of the building and facilitate the construction of the building. A glass panel assembly for a building comprises an upper glass panel(10) and a lower glass panel(20). The upper glass panel has the predetermined thickness. The lower glass panel is connected to a lower part of the upper glass panel. A fixing hole(22) for connection with a fixing unit(30) is formed through the lower glass panel. The fixing hole is expanded at an upper part near the upper glass panel. The upper and the lower glass panels are adhered to each other using an adhesive sheet(15). The adhesive sheet is made from resin melt by high temperature and high pressure so that the upper and the lower glass panels can be adhered to each other. The fixing unit further comprises a connection member(31) having a screw hole. An adjusting unit(40) composed of a bolt(41) and a pair of nuts(42,43) is installed to adjust the height and posture of the upper and lower glass panels.
