      이를 위하여 본 발명은 일정 형상을 갖는 몸통(2)과; 상기 몸통(2) 상부에 반죽물이 투입되어지게 되는 투입호퍼(3)와; 상기 몸통(2) 내부 상단에 투입호퍼(3)로 투입된 반죽물을 가압하게 되는 일정 간격을 두고 이격되어진 한 쌍의 제 1 가압롤러(4)와; 상기 제 1 가압롤러(4) 하부에 제 1 가압롤러(4)로부터 가압된 반죽물을 다시 가압할 수 있도록 서로 이격되게 설치된 한 쌍의 제 2 가압롤러(5); 및 상기 제 2 가압롤러(5) 하부에 설치되어진 한 쌍의 제 3 가압롤러(6)와; 상기 제 3 가압롤러(6) 하부에 연계되어 각각의 가압롤러(4,5,6)를 통해 가압된 반죽물을 최종적인 국수로 제조되어지도록 얇게 가압하여 펴주게 되며, 구동벨트(12)로 구동모터(11)와 연결되어 구동모터(11)의 구동에 따라 회전되어지게 되는 최종롤러(7)와; 상기 최종롤러(7) 하부에 설치되어 최종롤러(7)에 의해 가압되어 제조된 국수나 라면 등을 일정 길이로 절단하게 되는 절단롤러(8); 상기 몸통(2) 정면 하부에 형성되어 절단롤러(8)에 의해 절단된 국수가 배출되어지게 국수배출구(21);로 구성되어짐을 특징으로 한다.

A lifting body(110) having a guide rod(111) and a guide roller(112) is disposed in each lower mold and the guide rod and the guide roller are drawn downward. An oblique guide face(113) for moving up and down the lifting body with contacting to the guide roller is formed on the upside of a base body(1) disposed under each lower mold. Plural discharge arms(202) of a discharge wheel(201) collect a disposable vessel. A discharge guide plate(203) is installed around the lower side of the discharge wheel. A sliding discharge plate(204) is mounted on the opposite side of the discharge guide plate.

A cooling unit(400) has plural rollers(401) installed at the upper and lower parts, wherein a gap between the rollers is narrower than a gap between the upper and lower rollers disposed at the rearmost side, and cooling coils(402) installed in each roller, and cools down the molded material discharged through the rolling unit with transferring the molded material. A cutting unit(500) cuts the molded material passing through the cooling unit, in the predetermined length by a blade(502) moving up and down by a cutting cylinder(501).

An environmentally-friendly adhesive is mixed in the kneaded material, and the mixture is extruded. The extruded material is cooled to 0~4°C through a cooling reactor. The cooled material is heat-treated at 120~180°C through a heat-treatment furnace. The completed product is cut by an auto cutting machine.
