摘要： PURPOSE: A method of transferring a foam mat having a pastel tone is provided to get a neat surface because a transfer ink does not spread or mottle. CONSTITUTION: Sheets are stacked, which are made by heating and mixing a common synthetic resin, a foaming agent, a crosslink agent and a filling agent. A foam mat is prepared by pressure-foaming and cooling the stacked sheets at the temperature higher than a foaming temperature. Then, a transfer paper is stacked on the outer layer of the foam mat and decalcomania is performed by a pressure. The decalcomania is performed after preparing the foam mat having a coating layer by stacking a low foaming sheet on the outer layer of the stacked sheet.
