    • The present invention relates to a hand drying device loaded with a means which measures the amount of germs floating therein and operates an ultraviolet lamp or displays the amount of floating germs when the measured amount of floating germs is above standard, and which comprises: a germ measuring module installed on the periphery of an outlet, through which heated air is discharged, in the hand drying device and provided to measure the amount of germs floating inside the hand drying device; and an ultraviolet sterilizer installed inside the hand drying device and operated according to the relative amount of germs measured by the germ measuring module. The germ measuring module includes: a sample storage unit having the upper part or a part of the upper part opened, liquid sample partially or fully filled therein, and statistically constant floating germs coming in contact therewith; a sample supply unit supplying a sample to the sample storage unit; a floating germ measuring unit measuring the number of floating germs coming in contact with the sample storage unit; and a suction pump forcibly transferring floating germs, which come contact with the sample storage unit, to the floating germ measuring unit. The hand drying device according to the present invention is provided to have the floating germ measuring module capable of measuring floating germs inside the hand drying device, and to operate the ultraviolet sterilizer or display the amount of floating germs by being interlocked with the floating germ measuring module, thereby preventing hands from being contaminated by the hand drying device used by many people.

CONSTITUTION: In a method of synthesizing a low molecular polymer having a narrow molecular weight distribution, the process comprises the steps of preparing a monomer solution by mixing an initiator, a monomer and a solvent; dropping the prepared monomer solution into a specified amount of a solvent at a temperature higher than an initial temperature at a predetermined speed by a free radical polymerization method using free fall; and completing the polymerization by maintaining at a predetermined temperature for several hours.
