摘要： PURPOSE: A thread winding machine and method for controlling winding machine is provided to avoid the overload of a component of a rotatively driven winder while keeping a high winding speed. CONSTITUTION: A bobbin wind-up machine frame(1) takes up a feed of a synthetic thread(5). The machine has several motors(8,14) driven rotating components(2,9) whose movement is regulated by a control system(17). The control system incorporates programmable logic control(PLC)(17) data module(19) which also have a data read-out display or record. The data module is arranged on at least one of the driving rotating components, and the data module writes and/of reads by a control device. The data set stored in the data module includes mechanism data, function data, and operation data.
