CONSTITUTION: In a coupling structure of plate type parts without using any coupling tools, a part(A) is formed with a plurality of convex protrusions(1) in a predetermined size, and a complementary part(B) is formed with a plurality of insertion portions(2) to be extended from inlets(2a) gradually, wherein an instant pressure is applied to the protrusion after coupling the two parts by inserting the protrusions to the insertion portions, so that the protrusions are extended laterally by the instant pressure and the gap between the insertion portions and the protrusions is filled with the extended portions of the protrusions, thereby firmly fitting the two part.

CONSTITUTION: A television set hanger includes a base and a channel having a fixing member for fixing a television set. Width adjustment guiding parts in an oblong form are formed symmetrically at the center of wider portion of the base. A guide with a predetermined length is combined with the inner side of the narrower portion by a screw. An oblong adjustment plate is connected with one side of the channel. The adjustment plate has a width control pin that is inserted between the base and the guide and inserted into the width adjustment guiding part.

CONSTITUTION: The method for molding a bevel gear for a TV holding device using press processing comprises a guide molding process of molding a material which is turning processed to a constant size with a press equipped with first molding tools, wherein the lower part of the material is press molded in a shape of the lower part of a bevel gear while curved lines capable of guessing the estimated outline of gear teeth and grooves of the bevel gear are molded on the upper part of the material; a press molding process of molding the material passing through the guide molding process using a press equipped with second molding tools on which the outline of the bevel gear is engraved more vividly and securely than the first molding tools so that the overall outline of the bevel gear is more clearly formed; a center part punching process of forming a cylindrical internal hole into the material by performing a strong vertical descent movement from the upper part of the center point of the material toward the lower fixed dies using a puncher; and a bevel gear molding process of manufacturing a completely shaped bevel gear using a press equipped with third molding tools on which a complete outline of the bevel gear is engraved, and at the center part of which a punching part is installed.
