摘要： A single- or multilayer at least monoaxially stretched thermoplastic polyester film with a thickness of 5-500 mu m, comprises, based in each case on the film: 0.5-15 wt.% of a metal compound capable of activation by electromagnetic radiation, and 0.1-15 wt.% of a material which absorbs radiation. An independent claim is also included for a process for producing a single- or multilayer at least monoaxially stretched thermoplastic polyester film, comprising extruding through a flat-film die melt(s) corresponding to the individual layer(s) of the film, cooling the resultant film, reheating it, and orienting it in a direction(s), and heat-setting.

摘要： Provided are an oriented polyester film which is prepared with a low cost and has an excellent alignment and high tensile strength, elastic modulus, elongation at break and tensile stress to lateral and longitudinal axes, its preparation method, its use in a printed circuit board, a ribbon cable, a smart card, a RFID label, a membrane keyboard and a film substrate, and a use of a metal compound used in the film. The oriented polyester film contains 0.1-15.0 wt% of a metal compound which isolates a metal of basic shape in polyester by the irradiation of an electromagnetic wave, wherein at least one side of the film has an aminosilane coating, the film has a total thickness of 50-500 micrometers, comprises a monolayer or a multilayer and is oriented to at least one single axis. Preferably the metal compound is a metal oxide or spinel, and the metal oxide is CuCr2O4.

摘要： PURPOSE: A transparent biaxially oriented polyester film, its preparation method and its use are provided to improve optical properties, particularly to enhance the gloss and to reduce the haze. CONSTITUTION: The transparent biaxially oriented polyester film comprises 80 wt% or more of a thermoplastic polyester; and 0.05-0.5 wt% of the dye system characterized by the average diameter of 1.5-5 micrometers and the distribution represented by SPAN 98 of 1.9 or less. Preferably the thickness of the film is 1-50 micrometers. The transparent biaxially oriented polyester film is used as a packaging film, and is applied to metallizing, ceramic coating or a substrate for stamping foils. In the method, the length-direction elongation is carried out with an elongation rate of 2.5:1 to 6:1 at a temperature of 80-130 deg.C, and the width-direction elongation is carried out with an elongation rate of 3:1 to 5.5:1 at a temperature of 90-150 deg.C.

摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a matt, biaxially oriented polyester film not having the disadvantages of the prior art films, but having in particular a high degree of mattness, very high ease of production and very good processability. CONSTITUTION: The matt, biaxially oriented polyester film has at least one base layer(B) which comprises at least 70 wt.% of thermoplastic polyester essentially consisting of ethylene glycol units and of terephthalic acid units. The film also comprises a pigment system which has the following features: a) the median diameter of the pigment grains(d50) is in the range from 2 to 5 micrometer, b) the scattering of the distribution of the grain size of the pigment grains, expressed via the SPAN 98, is less than or equal to 1.9, and c) the concentration of the pigment grains is in the range from 1.0 to 10 wt.%.
