    • PURPOSE: A transparent conductive film obtained by using conductive pigment powder having improved pink color tone and low volumetric resistivity and including indium oxide containing at least tin and gold is provided, which has high adhesive to a transparent substrate and strength and can reduce surface resistivity by relatively low sintering. CONSTITUTION: Conductive pigment powder contains indium oxide comprising 0.5 to 15% by mole of Sn and 0.02 to 5% by volume of Au, based on the total mole of In, Sn and Au. The mixed solution of indium salts, tin salts and gold salts is reacted with an alkali aqueous solution and then the obtained hydroxide is heated at 350 to 1,100deg.C to produce the conductive pigment powder, which has a volumetric resistivity of 0.01 to 100Ω.cm, measured by four probe method of resistivity measurement in a green compact of 5-MPa. The conductive film comprises conductive pigment powder(13), a film matrix(14) containing an organic polymer, a first layer(21) filled with indium oxide particles containing Sn and Au and a secondary layer(22) formed by silica sol on the first layer, on a transparent substrate(12).
