    • [PROBLEMS] To provide, while avoiding high costs, a train-installed video information delivery control display system that can effectively deliver moving and still images through digital transmission to present them to passengers in train compartments without using any separate transmission paths for the moving and still images. [MEANS FOR RESOLVING PROBLEMS] A delivery control central unit (10), which is installed on the front car of a train, uses a transmitting/receiving apparatus (90) to deliver, based on both contents received by wireless from a ground side and a contents display schedule, video information, which comprises moving and still image information, to a delivery control terminal apparatus (30) in each car via an inter-car transmission path (1). The delivery control terminal apparatus (30) of each car, which is connected to the delivery control terminal apparatus (30) of a respective adjacent car, delivers the delivered video information to the respective adjacent car, while also delivering the delivered video information to a video output apparatus (50) in that car via an intra-car transmission path (2). The video output apparatus (50) generates a video signal from the delivered video information to output it to a display apparatus (70) for display thereon.
