    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing and construction method of elastic flooring is provided to prevent construction defect and mixture failure by manufacturing the bonding agent of one-component urethane resin hardened by moisture among air, and to increase the productivity by constructing easily. CONSTITUTION: An elastic flooring material(1) is composed of elastic particles(101) formed with the grain size of 5 mm to 15 mm by crushing EPDM, a waste tire or polyurethane, and bonding agents(102) mixed with the elastic particles and arranged between the elastic particles. The bonding agent is composed of one-component urethane resin hardened by reaction with moisture of air. The elastic particles are mixed with the bonding agent at the rate of 2 - 7 to 1 according to the size of the elastic particle. The surface hardness is improved by increasing the rate of the void between the elastic particles. The greenway for pedestrians and bicycles is constructed by manufacturing the elastic flooring material with the elastic particles and the bonding agent.
