    • PURPOSE: A glaze composition for porcelain which includes powdery ash left after burning silkworm excrement for porcelain and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to express warm and soft feelings by adding powdery ash left after burning silkworm excrement to glaze materials. CONSTITUTION: A glaze composition for porcelain includes powdery ash left after burning silkworm excrement for porcelain and glaze materials. The glaze material includes materials which are selected from enterolith, pottery stone, dolomite, limestone, quartz, and a mixture thereof. The glaze composition includes 10-60 weight% of powdery ash left after burning silkworm excrement and 40-90 weight% of glaze material. The glaze composition additionally includes one or more of mixture from Kaolin, clay, barium carbonate, pottery stone, talcum, dolomite, bone ash, yellow soil, bentonite, copper oxide, cobalt oxide, manganese oxide, nickel oxide, titanium oxide, tin oxide, and zinc oxide.

    • Paints and glaze for color development of gold in ceramic and a manufacturing method of painted ceramic using the same are provided to accelerate the gold to be in a colloid state by using a gold compound with a colloid promoter. Paints and glaze for color development of gold in ceramic comprises gold, a water soluble gold compound, and a colloid accelerator promoting a gold ion to be in a colloid state. The water soluble gold compound and the colloid accelerator are prepared respectively or in a combined state each other. The water soluble gold compound and the colloid accelerator are mixed in water. The gold compound is selected from one or more consisting of AuCl3 and HAuCl4. The colloid accelerator is selected from a group consisting of Na2CO3 and NaOH.

    • A method for manufacturing antibiotic terra-cotta with the minimized amount of nanosilver is provided to enable a terra-cotta to show an anti-bacterial effect by a simple mode, thereby improving availability of the terra-cotta. A method for manufacturing antibiotic terra-cotta with the minimized amount of nanosilver comprises the following steps of: preparing a vessel for terra-cotta in a first step; putting a nanosilver liquid on the prepared vessel in a second step; drying the vessel in a third step; and sintering the dried vessel in a fourth step. The method for manufacturing antibiotic terra-cotta with the minimized amount of nanosilver is characterized by the step of coating the vessel with diluted nanosilver liquid wherein the 0.5~1.5% of high enriched nanosilver liquid is attenuated by the 100% of water by volume before the prepared vessel is dried.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing light-transmitting color zirconia ceramics is provided to maintain the characteristic of zirconia and obtain the light transmittance by adding pigment, moisture, a dispersing agent, and binder in zirconium oxide. CONSTITUTION: Pigment is mixed with zirconium oxide. Slurry is obtained by adding moisture, a dispersing agent, and a binder to the mixture. The slurry is dried to obtain granule. The granule is formed into a molded product. The molded product is sintered at temperature between 1000 and 1800 degrees Celsius in order to obtain zirconia ceramics(1 to 5). The average particle size of the zirconium oxide is between 0.3 and 0.5 um. 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of the pigment is included in the zirconium oxide. 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of the dispersing agent is included in the zirconium oxide. 0.5 to 6 parts by weight of the binder is included in the zirconium oxide. 20 to 50 weight% of moisture is included, based on the total weight of the mixture.

    • PURPOSE: An unglazed ceramic composition and a manufacturing method of a ceramics using thereof are provided to use earthenware soil, gairome clay, and chamotte to form the ceramics without a glaze. CONSTITUTION: An unglazed ceramic composition contains 30~80wt% of earthenware soil, 10~50wt% of gairome clay, and 5~30wt% of chamotte. The particle size of the earthenware soil and the chamotte is 150~250 mesh. The composition additionally contains 5~20wt% of either zeolite or germanium. A manufacturing method of a ceramics using the composition comprises a step of molding and drying the ceramics using the composition, and a step of oxidize-plasticizing the molded ceramics.
