摘要： PURPOSE: A stapler is provided to prevent the rotation of a clincher caused by self-weight as a direction of the clincher is maintained by a spring unit. CONSTITUTION: A stapler(1A) comprises a magazine unit(5), a driver unit(6), and a clincher units(2A). The staple is charged in a magazine(50) of the magazine unit. The driver unit comprises a driver(60) beating the staples of the magazine. The clincher unit bends a pin portion beaten from the driver unit and penetrating paper. The clincher unit comprises a pair of clinchers(20L,20R), and a clincher driving device. The pair of clinchers is respectively bent the two pin portions of the stable. The clincher driving device moves the pair of clinchers to a direction rotating and approaching to each other.
